⚡ Items Beyond Our Recall

Certain artifacts from our collections cannot be returned once they have left our sanctum:

  • AfterDark Academia final sale items
  • Cryptoccult ritual garments
  • Dream State intimate apparel
  • Fangtasia accessories marked as final sale
  • Any item whose protective packaging has been broken or mystical seal compromised
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain intimate apparel and accessories that have left their protective enchantments.

If you seek to exchange your artifact for another from our collections, follow the same ritual as above, clearly stating your desired exchange item. We will guide you through the mystical transfer process once we receive your original garment.

💰 Refund Energies

Once your return is received and inspected at our sanctum, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Visa/MasterCard/JCB: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Mysterious Delay: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account—a phenomenon beyond our control.
